Project Overview
Partners
Action for Justice Project works to advance social justice by eliminating sexual and gender-based violence (SGBV) against women and girls with disabilities. The project aims to strengthen prevention, protection, and response mechanisms by building capacity among justice actors, service providers, and communities. Despite progress in awareness and advocacy, women and girls with disabilities continue to face heightened risks of violence and discrimination. Cultural stigma, dependency, communication barriers, and lack of access to information further silence their voices and limit access to justice.
Overall Objective

Specific Objectives are:
Foster collaborative actions between OPDs, policy makers, service providers and judiciary on the need for a safe, inclusive & accessible response & prevention to GBV among women & girls with disability.
