{"id":2761,"date":"2025-10-15T10:12:45","date_gmt":"2025-10-15T04:27:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ndwa.org.np\/?p=2761"},"modified":"2025-11-20T15:40:13","modified_gmt":"2025-11-20T09:55:13","slug":"vacancy-announcement-inclusive-education-campaigner","status":"publish","type":"vacancy","link":"https:\/\/www.ndwa.org.np\/np\/vacancy\/vacancy-announcement-inclusive-education-campaigner\/","title":{"rendered":"Inclusive Education Campaigner"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"pf0\"><b><span class=\"cf1\">Roles and\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"cf1\">Responsibilities<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"cf1\">Support the Project Coordinator in managing field-level project implementation with consortium partners, provincial GEDSI Trainer, Federal GEDSI Technical Specialist, and the project team.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"cf1\">Establish and maintain partnerships with key district-level partners and stakeholders.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"cf1\">Assist in adaptive management and facilitation approaches within the project.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"cf1\">Help ensure systematic capture of sector-specific results, outputs, outcomes, and impact through effective M&amp;E.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"cf1\">Provide timely feedback for programmatic adaptations in collaboration with the Project Coordinator and GEDSI Trainer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"cf1\">Conduct risk mapping and implement mitigation measures, including safeguarding and risk analysis at the field level.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"cf1\">Coordinate with other SESP, education agencies, and relevant stakeholders locally.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"cf1\">Assist in the development and oversee the implementation of project interventions at the field level.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"cf1\">Implement planned activities, review progress, prepare reports, and document success stories and case studies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"cf1\">Collaborate closely with provincial GEDSI Trainer and NDWA\/NCE\/ALN teams.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"cf1\">Conduct capacity development and community engagement linked to project activities, including managing third-party grant support.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"cf1\">Coordinate with M&amp;E, program departments, partners, and external evaluators for regular monitoring and evaluation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"cf1\">Support the Project Coordinator in ensuring finance compliance with project financial requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"cf1\">Liaise with relevant government and non-government agencies\/organizations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"cf1\">Produce and submit timely written activity and outcome reports to the GEDSI Trainer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"cf1\">Ensure safeguarding of children, vulnerable groups, people with disabilities, and conflict-affected populations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"cf1\">Act as a focal point for NDWA communication, linkage, and sustainability at the field level.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"cf1\">Facilitate clear communication and coordination among NDWA, partners, government stakeholders, and beneficiaries; represent NDWA in district forums.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"cf1\">Support NDWA monitoring, program departments, partners, and external evaluation teams to ensure ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and learning.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf1\"><b>Requirements<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"pf0\">+2 in education, social science\/work, rural development, or relevant field, with at least 3 years of work experience with an I\/NGO in the following areas:<\/li>\n<li><span class=\"cf1\">Knowledge and engagement\/implementation of SESP, inclusive education, GEDSI prosperities, engagement in provincial AIN, clusters and relevant forums, working\/handling CSOs, and partnership skills will be value-added<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"cf1\">Knowledge of working modality with MUAN, NARMIN, province-level GIEN, SMC, and PTA federations, and their mobilization<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"cf1\">Technical capacities to implement inclusive education methodologies and approaches, and mobilization, including strengthening of CSOs, Transparency, and accountability of education plans across Local Government (LGs)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"cf1\">Proven experience in Girls and Inclusive Education Network across three tiers\/schools<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"cf1\">Local language proficiency (Bajika, Bhojpuri, Maithili,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"cf1\">Tharu<\/span><span class=\"cf1\">) will be a plus.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"cf1\">Good verbal and written English and Nepali language.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf1\"><b>Deadline for Application: 26th October,2025<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf1\"><b>Submission Procedure :<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf1\">Applications should be sent to \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ndwa.org.np\/\"><b>vacancy@ndwa.org.np<\/b><\/a>\u201d, with the subject line: \u201c\u00a0<b>Vacancy Apply _Post<\/b>\u201d along with an updated resume, copy of the citizenship, Cover Letter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"pf0\"><span class=\"cf1\"><br \/>\n<\/span><i><b>Candidates from the targeted province, women, disabilities, and other marginalized and minority groups are encouraged to apply.<\/b><\/i><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Roles and\u00a0Responsibilities Support the Project Coordinator in managing field-level project implementation with consortium partners, provincial GEDSI Trainer, Federal GEDSI Technical Specialist, and the project team.
